NEW Wheelchair Accessible Location
NEW POP UP LOCATION: SaskAbilities - Regina location for some of our lessons. This is exciting news because it makes our programming accessible to additional clients who need ground-level and or wheelchair access. I am really excited about this development because creating a creative community that is welcoming and accessible is important to Red Fox.
The space at SaskAbilities is lovely. If you have always wanted a snoop, come take a class with me and check it out
All classes, excluding encaustics, have the option of being held at SaskAbilities (Regina Branch). The address will be posted in the product description so you will know which classes are offered at SaskAbilities (Regina Branch), 825 McDonald St, Regina, SK S4N 2X5
If you want to attend a class that is posted for a different location and you need lower level or wheelchair access I will do my best to accomodate your needs!
ABOUT SASK ABILITIES
SaskAbilities is a registered charity and operates under the authority of the Non-profit Corporations Act, 1995, of Saskatchewan. They are dedicated to providing programs and services to people experiencing disability in Saskatchewan.
In 2010, the Saskatchewan Abilities Council celebrated 60 years of success in delivering recreational, rehabilitation and vocational programs to people with disabilities throughout the province.
Now in 2017, to reflect the organization’s progress and evolution, they introduced a third name change: SaskAbilities, a more modern, streamlined version of our name that still maintains a respectful nod to thier history and roots in the community.
They have branches located in Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current and Yorkton, with five Partners in Employment offices located in Moose Jaw, Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current and Yorkton. Each branch location offers a Special Needs Equipment depot, with an additional depot in Prince Albert. Manitou Beach is home to Camp Easter Seal, and Provincial Services resides in Saskatoon.
