BOOK PHOTOSHOOT SESSION
We will reach out to you after your online booking to confirm all the details. It's always better to plan the shoot in advance, at least 1 - 2 weeks before, you are welcome to send pre-existing images to us, so we can better understand your ideas and preferences. QUESTIONS? Contact Kristin

MAKEUP AND HAIR SERVICES
We always bring finishing powder, lint roller, to ensure you look amazing in your photo. We don’t provide full makeup/hair services for photoshoots. Please come prepared with that in mind. If you require makeup, please contact us so we can organize ethis additional service for you. 

CLOTHING FOR THE SESSION
Recommended clothes are; pressed and clean, well fitting clothing, avoid busy, patterned clothing, accessories in place (example tie clips).
Corporations and businesses: Please make a final decision on the outfit for your employees before the shoot, pay attention to such details as corporate branded accessories.   

BACKGROUND COLOR
With advance notice, we are happy to replicate and match previous branding styles,

REMINDER
Corporations and business: Please provide us and your security team with the appropriate contact information for your building security in advance of your session.

ARRIVAL TIME
We arrive at least 30 minutes before the session start time to ensure we are set up and ready to go on time.

CHOOSING LOCATION
Corporations and businesses: Prepare a spot in your office/shop for the photo session. Although we can shoot in small spaces, allocated spaces like conference rooms and board rooms, are more private for your team members.

IMAGE SELECTION
We can send images after the shoot for selection OR We can bring a computer to review the photos in real-time to mark selects for retouching.

PHOTO EDITING PROCESS
PRE-TOUCHED IMAGES have minor colour corrections and occasionally cropping. They are sent via ftp for final image selection.
RETOUCHED FINAL IMAGES have adjustments imperfections including stray hair, lint, skin etc. as well as any necessary fixes.

TURNAROUND TIME
Our turnaround time is 3-5 days. Rush charges may apply for one day turnaround.

IMAGE DELIVERY
We send you your digital files via FTP link. Printing is possible, however, that service would be in addition to the session fee.
