Travel Canada Photography

Travel is a huge part of location photography. I love travelling and I get excited to see new places. I find car rides exciting. Is this weird?
I am a wonderer. I wonder about the places I pass as I drive by. Who, What, When? I am especially drawn to old, vintage sites. Old doesn’t necessarily mean run down… for me, it means the hunt for the unusual, quirky and strange.
My travels take me many places and sometimes into nature instead of manmade communities. This is a fantastic opportunity to slow down and really see the shooting opportunities. This is when I enjoy working close up and small, looking for the tiny galaxies of macro work. Travel photography is opportunity and freedom.
