Fostering Self-Love

We hosted the YWCA Regina Power of Being a Girl camp twice over the summer months. Kayla focused on fostering self-love, starting with a guided visualization followed by an art-response & reflection.

Their art was focused on something they are (not something they hope to be), something they are proud of or something they are good at. This was a beautiful process to watch, having their best selves put down on canvas. Here are some of the phrases that were circling the room:
